2008 will mark 100 years of business in our region for South-West Insurance Agency.  In honor of its 100th anniversary the South-West Insurance Family will be conducting a bicycle drive throughout the course of 2008.  The bicycle drive began on November 30th at our Norton Office and is off to an amazing start.  Our original goal of 100 bicycles has been reached thanks to generous donations by our friends, customers and carriers.  Now we are looking to collect the next 100 bicycles and with continued support hope to make this effort an overwhelming success for Christmas 2008.  Below are the details of distribution and how you can participate in this effort.

          We are currently coordinating with local social services to handle the distribution of bicycles.  Bicycles will be distributed to area children in Lee, Wise, Scott, Russell, Dickenson, Washington and Sullivan Counties as well as Holston Home and the City of Norton.

          There are two ways to donate:

  First, you may physically purchase a NEW bicycle and bring it by any of our three office locations.  We would also like to ask that you include an adjustable helmet with the bicycle.

  The second way to donate is to make a cash donation to South-West Insurance Agency.  This money will be put into an account and collected throughout 2008.  Before Christmas of 2008, one bulk purchase of bicycles will be made and distributed.  Below is a list of bicycle prices according to size.
