A great way to understand the South-West difference is to
listen to our very own satisfied customers. We will be adding additional
comments soon.

"South-West has spent much time and energy fighting for
me in a case where I was billed an incorrect amount, not given credit for my
payments, and then turned over to collections without warning and even
threatened via the phone by the collection agent. And I had only
called South-West to verify that my co-pay was correct on the EOB and that
they were a contracted provider with Cariten and could not balance bill
me. But instead, the Customer Service Representative took over and dealt
with the provider and got the balance corrected, dealt with the threats and
problems with the collection agency. I consider that above and beyond the
CSR's job, though I do not know what is in their job duties for us. I was
more than willing to fight my case myself, but I am sure that it carried a lot
more weight coming from South-West. I feel their efforts should not go
unnoticed and wanted to make you all aware of them."
