Personal: Hagan, a native of Lee County, VA, graduated from Thomas Walker High School as valedictorian in 2008. He continued his education at Lincoln Memorial University where he was a member of the golf team and completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Hagan and his wife, Lindsay, reside in Kingsport and are members of First Broad St United Methodist Church. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, travel, and sporting events.

Personal: Erica and her husband have 2 children and reside in Jonesville. She enjoys being outdoors, traveling and spending time with family. Erica and her family attend White Shoals Baptist Church where she serves as secretary and the children’s Sunday School teacher.

Personal: Farrah attended Mountain Empire Community College and previously worked in public education and the construction industry. Farrah and her three sons live in Big Stone Gap and spend most of their time traveling and participating in a variety of local youth sporting events. She also enjoys staying active and enjoying the outdoors with her family.

Duties and Accreditations: Tony’s focus is in serving the needs of Lee and Wise County residents with home, auto, life, farm and commercial business insurance while also managing the Jonesville branch of South-West Insurance Agency. He currently holds designations of Certified Professional Insurance Agent, Basic Farm Certification designation from Nationwide and is a member of the American Insurance Marketing and Sales Society (AIMS).
Personal: Tony currently serves as secretary-treasurer of the local Kiwanis International chapter; Kiwanis is involved in the community through their scholarship program and donations to local outreach organizations. Tony enjoys golf and volunteer coaching football, baseball and soccer. Tony, along with his wife Julie, son Caden and daughter Eva attend Freedom of Worship church in Norton and reside in Appalachia Va.

Personal: Tammy attended New River Community College where she obtained her Associate in Applied Science Degree with a Major in Accounting. Tammy is originally from Iaeger, WV. Tammy is co-leader of Girl Scout Troop #389. She attends Mt. Olive Freewill Baptist Church in Wise where she assists with Sunday School and Children’s Church programs. She is married and has two daughters.

Personal: Darcus’ employment background includes the field of travel as well as insurance. Darcus enjoys the outdoors and her hobbies include camping, riding ATVs, and spending time with her children. Darcus is married and has two children.

Personal: Elissa received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics with a Minor in Business Administration from Clinch Valley College (now the University of Virginia’s College at Wise). Elissa was originally from Pound but moved to Blacksburg in 1998 where she worked in property management. She returned to southwest Virginia in 2005 when she joined the agency. Elissa’s animal rescue work with organizations such as In His Hands Small Animal Rescue involves fostering, rehabilitating, and caring for special needs animals as well as rescue transportation, networking, and fundraising. Other community affiliations include Winds of the Mountain Empire, the Big Stone Gap Celtic Festival, Blue Fox Guild, and 9:00 Club Pit Band. Elissa is an avid photographer and photography contest judge. Some of her works have been included in local and national publications and books. Elissa plays the flute and other instruments. She currently plays in a number of ensembles including semi-professional groups and others organized for local high school and college performances.

Kenny has the ability to handle the complexities of Personal, Commercial, and Life & Health insurance as well as Agency Management.
Personal: Prior to joining the team, Kenny worked with Appalachia Insurance Agency and Westmoreland Coal Co. Kenny’s involvement in community service includes Past President and member of the Kiwanis Club of Norton, and is the Chairman of the Wise County Industrial Development Authority and the Norton Community Hospital Foundation. Kenny attended Clinch Valley College (now the University of Virginia’s College at Wise) where he received Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In his spare time, Kenny enjoys golfing and traveling.

Personal: Ryan received a Master’s of Business Administration from Appalachian State University after obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Emory and Henry College. Prior to joining the agency he worked with the Wise County School system as Marketing teacher, Varsity baseball, and Varsity football coach at Powell Valley High School. Ryan is Past President and current member of the Board of Directors of the Big Stone Gap Kiwanis Club, Past President and member of the Board of Directors of The Gap Partnership, member of Ballad Health Lonesome Pine Hospital Board of Directors, and member of Mountain Empire Community College Foundation Board of Directors. Ryan and Wife Elizabeth reside in Big Stone Gap with their three children Katelynn, Everett and Loren.
